The Citroën user’s/owner’s manual that came with the Dspecial is actually quite informative and useful if you are lucky enough to have one come with your car. The one that came with this car is dated 1973 – I assume they took a while to reach Australia or decided to wind the publication down as very few cars were sold after 1974 apparently. This Dspecial was built in Paris December 1974 according to the compliance plate and was purchased in Sydney July 1975 according to the Maintenance Guide.
The owner’s manual has been well thumbed

This is the maintenance guide that has tear-away pages for the various service intervals. The last formal one on this car was done before 24,000 miles it seems.

Locally in Sydney Autobookworld has a good collection of workshop manuals and marque type books too.
______
Citroën Publications list online.
This is the main index for a large file repository here: http://www.you-me-and-us.com/Site/Citroen%20publications%20list.html and this is the main file directory: http://www.agua.nu/ds-files/tony-jackson/
These are often distributed as the ‘red’ and ‘green’ CD-ROM discs in Citroën circles, but it pays to simply download them as desired from this main repository as they are sometimes added to or ‘fixed’ for errors that may be discovered. There are links to other sources on that index page as well.
The html for the list index page is a little dodgy but works roughly with most browsers.
Shane Leviston initiated the whole process by scanning old Citroën manuals into PDF form. The list is now primarily maintained by Tony Jackson and Mark Bardenwerper, and with the main file site hosted by Ben Mack [www.agua.nu]… as I understand it.
See this sites links page for further related reference links.
